Egr Pueppke Law LLC is a boutique law firm representing clients in commercial real estate and loan transactions. Jackie Pueppke, a second-generation attorney, founded Egr Pueppke Law after practicing at a large Omaha law firm for over 24 years.
A self-described "deal junkie," Jackie enjoys the challenge of each new transaction and developing a strategy for closing it efficiently, without any closing day chaos.
Jackie brings a practical approach to complex negotiations and crafts creative solutions to resolve differences among parties. She is known for her unique ability to relate to all parties in a transaction and to build trust quickly. Jackie balances advocating for her clients against collaborating with opposing parties and opposing counsel to keep everyone working towards the common goal of closing.
Since 2015, Jackie has been selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® in the field of Real Estate Law.
Jackie is a passionate advocate for mentoring and developing women in the commercial real estate industry. In 2009, she founded CREW Omaha, a chapter of CREW Network. Jackie served on the CREW Omaha board of directors and was president in 2009 and 2010. She remains actively involved through the publicity and recognition committee and the mentoring program.
In 2012, the Omaha Jaycees recognized Jackie as one of its Ten Outstanding Young Omahans. In 2013, Midlands Business Journal selected her as one of its 40 Under 40.
Jackie earned a B.A. in Journalism from Creighton University and a J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Nebraska.
